Returns and Exchanges

 

We hope you love your Rozana LDN pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

Refunds

We offer refunds on eligible items. To request a refund, please email sales@rozanaldn.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll be given the return address. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original swing tags and packaging must be intact

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we can only issue refunds once the item is received and inspected

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges on eligible items. To start your exchange, email us at sales@rozanaldn.com within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange

  • Exchanges are for different sizes only (not different colours or styles)

  • Each item can be exchanged a maximum of two times

  • You’re responsible for return shipping, but we’ll cover the cost to send the new item out to you

  • If your requested size is out of stock, we’ll issue you store credit

Sale Items

Sale item purchases are final sale only; i.e. not eligible for exchange. Sale items are:

- Anything marked down at a discounted price

- Any items where a sale discount code has been applied

- Any items where a holiday sale discount code has been applied; Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Easter, Black Friday, July 4th etc.

 

Brunches and Events

All brunch tickets are final sale only.
